Libanconsult AGM was founded in 1967 by Antoine Meouchy, a civil engineer with a deep conviction that rigorous technical work and genuine client proximity were not competing values - but the same one. From a Beirut office, he built a firm that earned its reputation project by project, decade by decade, across water, environment, and infrastructure.
Today, the firm has grown to over 100 engineers and specialists across offices in Lebanon, Oman, and Algeria - with a second generation at the helm. Under the leadership of Georges Meouchy, Libanconsult AGM has continued to expand its reach while preserving what clients have always valued most: reliability, pragmatism, technical excellence, and a relationship built on trust.
