A'Seeb and Al Ansab Treatment Plants Partnership Tender

A'Seeb and Al Ansab are among Muscat's most strategic wastewater assets. Oman Water & Wastewater Services Company commissioned a mandate to prepare Public-Private Partnership tender documents covering development of the A'Seeb III and IV and Al Ansab III plants, together with long-term operation and maintenance of the existing A'Seeb and Al Ansab plants.

Libanconsult delivers the PPP tender preparation for OWWSC from 2024, producing the technical, contractual and performance-based documents needed to competitively tender a combined capex and O&M package.

Scope covers PPP structuring, technical requirements and KPIs for the new plants, O&M performance requirements for the existing ones, contract documentation and bid management support.

OWWSC will be able to procure both capacity expansion and long-term operation of these Muscat plants in a single performance-based, private-sector transaction.
