Ruwi Sewer Network Rehabilitation

Ruwi is one of Muscat's most densely populated and commercially active districts, and its sewer network needs targeted rehabilitation after decades of service. Oman Water & Wastewater Services Company commissioned a design and supervision mandate in 2024.

Libanconsult delivers the design and construction supervision of the rehabilitation project for OWWSC.

Scope covers condition assessment of the existing network, rehabilitation design, preparation of tender documents and FIDIC construction supervision of the works.

Rehabilitation will extend the operating life of Ruwi's sewers and cut inflow, infiltration and exfiltration in a dense, commercially critical Muscat catchment.
