Enfeh Port

Enfeh on Lebanon's northern coast needed a modernised port to serve its fishing community and provide shelter in a relatively deep-water setting.

Libanconsult delivered the full design and supervision for the Ministry of Public Works and Transport between 1998 and 2002, with construction executed in phases under continuous supervision.

The port comprises a 292 m main breakwater at 10 m depth protected with 16 m3 Accropode units and armour material, together with quay, jetties, port buildings and ancillary works sized for the local fleet and sea state.
